Harry J. Fournier
Attorney and Principal
Harry J. Fournier, Owner and Principal of Fournier Law Firm, located in Oak Brook, has served the interests of thousands of clients during his 25 years of practice in Illinois. Testimonials often cite his attention to detail, professionalism and ability to explain legal proceedings in an uncomplicated way. The majority of Fournier's practice is focused on real estate law, representing clients in the sale, purchase or leasing of residential and commercial properties and real estate tax appeals. He also represents clients in the formation of new business entities (LLC’s and corporations), purchasing or selling small businesses and estate planning.

Fournier has repeatedly been selected to the Illinois Super Lawyers list, a distinction given to only 5% of attorneys in Illinois. He holds a JD from Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law, an MBA “with distinction” from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.

He has served as a past president and Chairman of the Board Hellenic Bar Association of Illinois, Inc. and is a member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the DuPage County Bar Association.
In addition to his legal expertise, he is actively involved in the community and serves in various capacities at many professional organizations, including currently serving as Chair of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Affiliate committee, Executive Vice-President of the Parish Council for the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Demetrios in Elmhurst and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hellenic Bar Association Foundation.
Alison Pechnik
Paralegal and Office Administrator
Alison has been with Fournier Law Firm since 2004. She primarily assists clients in the sale of real estate, forming new entities (LLCs and corporations), drafting estate planning documents, maintaining clients’ corporations with their annual statutory requirements, as well as serving as the office administrator. Alison’s extensive experience in multiple areas of the Firm’s practice allows her to address client concerns or questions. Alison attended DePaul University and holds an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Harper College.

Luana Otero
Paralegal
Luana joined the Fournier Law Firm in 2025. Prior to that, she worked for a real estate law firm where she handled all aspects of residential transactions. At Fournier Law, Luana supports clients throughout the purchase and sale process and helps maintain the firm’s LLC clients’ annual statutory compliance. She earned her degree from Roosevelt University, holds a Paralegal Certificate from Northwestern College and is fluent in Spanish.
